Malas nk type dan amek gmbr time masak. Okla kali ni resepi sup yang agak mudah juga. Sesuai untuk yg bujang atau pun yang dah kahwin :) Sayur masin ni korang leh beli kt kedai2 atau buat sendiri. Sayur masin dalam resepi ni di buat sendiri. Cara-caranya mudah sahaja. Sayur sawi di jemur dlm 1 hari. Pastu rendam dalam air garam dlm 2-3 hari gitu. Toskan air, simpan air garam sikit je dalam bekas dan masukkan dlm peti sejuk. Baiklah, kembali pada resepi&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000066;"&gt;Bahan-Bahan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/4 ekor ayam di potong2 sederhana bsr&lt;br /&gt;1-2 biji lobak (ikut suka)&lt;br /&gt;3 biji kentang (ikut suka)&lt;br /&gt;3-4 btg sayur masin (dipotong-potong)&lt;br /&gt;1 peket sup bunjut&lt;br /&gt;3 ulas bwg merah (dikisar)&lt;br /&gt;2 ulas bwg putih (dikisar bersama bwg merah)&lt;br /&gt;1-2 inci halia yg diketuk&lt;br /&gt;1-2 biji tomato (klu x nak letak pon x pe&lt;br /&gt;4-5 gelas air (saya guna size mug)&lt;br /&gt;Minyak untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;Garam secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000066;"&gt;Cara-Caranya:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan minyak kemudian tumis bawang yg telah dikisar. (step ni boleh di langkah)&lt;br /&gt;2. Bila dah naik bau, masukkan air, ayam, sup bunjut dan halia.&lt;br /&gt;3. Biar sampai mendidih baru la masukkan kentang dan lobak.&lt;br /&gt;4. Bila sayur2 tu dah empuk, akhir skali masukkan sayur masin dan tomato.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan sedikit garam, jgn byk sgt sbb sayur masin dah agak masin sikit.&lt;br /&gt;6. Biar didih kejap je dan terus tutup api.&lt;br /&gt;7. Sedia utk di hidang :P&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Step 1 boleh dilangkah klu malas nk tumis2 bawang (org bujang kn ada sedikit malas). So terus ke langkah ke-2. Hehehe. Ok, resepi kali ini di adaptasi dr yani @ MyResepi. Di ubah suai sikit je.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Bahan-Bahan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1-2 keping salmon fillet (di buang kulit)&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar butter/margerine&lt;br /&gt;1-2biji lemon/limau (perah dan ambil jus)&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu kecil tepung jagung&lt;br /&gt;3 sudu besar tepung&lt;br /&gt;3 sudu besar olive oil/minyak sunflower (minyak biasa pon bole)&lt;br /&gt;sedikit garam&lt;br /&gt;sedikit lada hitam&lt;br /&gt;sedikit italian herbs (xde pon x pe)&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit air&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Cara-caranya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Salmon di bersihkan dan di salut dgn tepung, garam dan lada hitam sedikit.&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan 2 sudu besar olive oil di atas kuali.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan salmon. Goreng sehingga masak. Ketika di goreng2 dan dibalik2 kan..bole tabur italian herbs dan lada hitam lg.&lt;br /&gt;4. Bila dah masak angkat dan ketepikan. Make sure jgn biarkn minyak hangus sbb nk guna utk buat sos pula.&lt;br /&gt;5. Minyak yg lebih tu, masukkan lg 1 sudu olive oil, butter, lemon jus dan sedikit air.&lt;br /&gt;6. Biar sampai mendidih. Kemudian masukkan air bancuhan tepung jagung utk pekatkan sos.&lt;br /&gt;7. Bila dah agak2 pekat, dah jd cam sos tu, tutup api dan tuang atas salmon. Sedia untuk dihidang. Heheheh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan-Bahan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 mangkuk kecil nasi putih&lt;br /&gt;1 peket perencah tomyam/tomyam paste&lt;br /&gt;2-3 batang serai di hiris halus2&lt;br /&gt;2-3 daun limau di hiris halus2&lt;br /&gt;3-5 biji cili padi di hiris halus2 (ikut nk pedas/tak)&lt;br /&gt;2 batang carrot di potong kecil&lt;br /&gt;sedikit sayur bayam (agak2 la)&lt;br /&gt;2 biji telur&lt;br /&gt;sedikit garam&lt;br /&gt;4 btg baby corn di potong kecil&lt;br /&gt;3 ulas bwg merah di mayang halus&lt;br /&gt;2 ulas bwg putih di mayang halus&lt;br /&gt;100gm isi ayam dipotong kecil&lt;br /&gt;100gm udang (x nk letak pun x pa)&lt;br /&gt;100gm sotong (x nak letak pun x pa)&lt;br /&gt;minyak utk menggoreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara-caranya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali dan masukan bawang merah dan putih. Goreng hingga naik bau.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan tomyam paste dan tumis hingga naik bau jg.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan ayam,udang,sotong dan goreng hingga agak masak.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan carrot dan biar sebentar.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan telur dan nasi. Gaul sedikit&lt;br /&gt;6. Cepat2 masukkan daun limau, serai, baby corn, bayam dan cili. Kemudian sedikit garam.&lt;br /&gt;7. Masak hingga semua bahan sebati dan angkat. Panaskan oven 180C/350F (api atas bawah atau gas mark 4)&lt;br /&gt;2. Grease loyang dgn butter dan taburkan dgn sedikit tepung utk m'elakkan kek melekat. Boleh juga letak kertas surih. Loyang sebaik2nya bulat, tp klu ada 4 segi je nk buat mcm mn. ok je.&lt;br /&gt;3. Pukul butter hingga creamy and fluffy (jgn lupa sblm tu biarkn dia cair pd suhu bilik and if takut pakai butter..the best is minyak sayuran..bkn minyak masak ya)&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan gula dan pukul sebentar.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan telur satu persatu&lt;br /&gt;6. Biar semuanya kembang (aku pun x tau mcm mn sbnrnya..tp main agak2 jek..hehehe)&lt;br /&gt;7. Masukkan tepung dan baking powder.&lt;br /&gt;8. Masukkan esen vanilla dan pukul sampai semua sebati.&lt;br /&gt;9. Ambil 8 sudu adunan td dan asingkan ke mangkuk yang lain. Sudu biasa ya..&lt;br /&gt;10.Masukkan coco powder dalam adunan tersebut (yg 8 sudu tu)&lt;br /&gt;11.Gaul sampai semua jd coklat (no need to mixer..pakai spatula je gaul)&lt;br /&gt;12.So sekarang ada 2 adunan, satu vanilla dan satu lg coklat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Method plg simple n malas:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;13.Masukkan semua adunan vanilla dalam loyang.&lt;br /&gt;14.Kemudian letak adunan coklat di atasnya. bukan terus bedebuk semua. Satu per satu sudu adunan coklat. Selang seli..buat mcm bulatan dan ada tengah2. Nanti atas vanilla tu ada 8 sudu coklat (batter 8 spoon of chocolate randomly on to the vanilla mix).&lt;br /&gt;15.Dengan menggunakan pisau, buat swirl kat loyang tu. so jd la swirl. Nak buat corak lain pun boleh. Ikut kreativiti masing2.&lt;br /&gt;16.Bakar dlama oven dalam 40 minit..tp biasanya x 40 minit pun. Sentiasa periksa keadaan kek. Lepas 40 minit buka oven dan guna tooth pick/cake tester, cucuk kek..klu toothpick keluar dengan bersih..bererti sdh masak. Tapi klu tidak tambahkan lg masa memasak. Pandai2 la sendiri ya..heheheh..tp mmg mcm tu pun. Kacau sebati.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Masukkan ikan bilis dan bawang besar. Siap untuk di makan bersama nasi lemak&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Nasi lemak boleh la di hidang bersama ikan bilis goreng dan sambal ikan bilis. Rasanya pun comel..eh sedap!!!Resepi ini sebenarnya di ajar oleh effy dan effy pula dapat ketika dia study kt US dulu. Hahahah x berkaitan pun. Ini adalah makanan kesukaan saya tetapi untuk menyediakannya memang agak leceh jadi saya jarang memasaknya. Jadi sesiapa yang memang teringin sangat2 nak makan begedil boleh la mencuba. Sila bergotong royong seperti kami jika ingin membuatnya dengan pantas. Hahahaha. Gmbr di ats sebelum dan selepas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan-Bahan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10 biji ubi kentang sederhana besar&lt;br /&gt;300 gm daging -dicincang&lt;br /&gt;300 gm ayam-dicincang&lt;br /&gt;1 ikat daun bawang - dipotong halus&lt;br /&gt;1 ikat daun sup -dipotong halus&lt;br /&gt;sedikit bawang goreng (xde pun xpe)&lt;br /&gt;1 labu bawang merah -dicincang halus&lt;br /&gt;5 sudu makan tepung jagung&lt;br /&gt;1 biji telur&lt;br /&gt;Garam&lt;br /&gt;Minyak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara-caranya:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.ubi kentang dihiris sederhana tebal dan di goreng(bole jg direbus)&lt;br /&gt;2.Kentang td ditumbuk/dilenyek dgn pelenyek/alat masak burger tu..&lt;br /&gt;3. Ayam dan daging di goreng/direbus atau plg mudah masukkan dlm microwave hingga empuk&lt;br /&gt;4.campurkan kentang,ayam,daging,daun sup,daun bawang,bawang dan tepung jagung.&lt;br /&gt;5.Gaulkan bersama-sama.Letak garam dan rasa..hmm..ngam!&lt;br /&gt;6.Bolehla di gentel bulat2 kecik dan comel. Klu x kecil x jd begedil daging comel la...&lt;br /&gt;7.Panaskan minyak di kuali(minyak banyak tau utk menggoreng)&lt;br /&gt;8.Pecahkan telur didalam mangkuk dan pukul. Seperti mee goreng, resepi bihun goreng ini juga sama cuma mee sahaja yang di gantikan dengan bihun. Masa memasak juga di panjangkan sedikit kerana mee mudah rapuh sedangkan bihun pula tidak. Bagi yang tidak tahan pedas boleh kurangkan cili kering dan tambahkan cili hidup. Tapi kalau dua2 cili pun tidak tahan, sila kurangkan mengikut daya ketahanan masing2. Bahan kisar juga boleh digantikan dengan perencah bihun goreng adabi jika tidak ada masa dan malas!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 packet bihun&lt;br /&gt;500gm daging dihiris halus&lt;br /&gt;3 batang carrot di hiris nipis&lt;br /&gt;1 ikat sawi/bayam (mengikut suka)&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu makan oyster sauce&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu besar sos cili (ikut suka)&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu besar sos tomato (ikut suka)&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit kicap manis dan masin (ikut suka,x letak pun x pe)&lt;br /&gt;Garam secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;Minyak untuk menggoreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan kisar:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10 tangkai cili kering&lt;br /&gt;4 biji cili merah&lt;br /&gt;1 labu bawang merah besar&lt;br /&gt;2 ulas bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;Bahan kisar ini juga boleh digantikan dengan perencah bihun adabi atau jenama yang sewaktu dengannya..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara-caranya:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.Bahan kisar dikisar/diblend bersama.&lt;br /&gt;2.Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali dan masukkan bahan kisar tadi/perencah mee goreng&lt;br /&gt;3.Setelah pecah minyak,masukkan oyster sauce, sos cili, sos tomato dan kicap.&lt;br /&gt;4.Biarkan mendidih kemudian masukkan daging. Jika suka boleh masukkan fishball/fishcake/seafood la&lt;br /&gt;5.Setelah daging empuk, masukkan carrot dan tunggu sehingga lembut.&lt;br /&gt;6.Masukkan mee kuning dan sayur hijau (sawi/bayam) dan gaul rata&lt;br /&gt;7.Masukkan garam jika perlu. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500gm Daging&lt;br /&gt;1/2 inci halia di hiris kecil(ikut suka)&lt;br /&gt;3 ulas bawang merah ditumbuk&lt;br /&gt;2 ulas bawang putih ditumbuk&lt;br /&gt;1 labu bawang besar (hiris tp jgn nipis)&lt;br /&gt;1 tbsp (sudu besar) oyster sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 tbsp (sudu besar) tepung jagung (corn starch)&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp (sudu kecil) serbuk lada hitam&lt;br /&gt;3 tsp (sudu kecil) kicap masin&lt;br /&gt;3 biji cili padi&lt;br /&gt;1 batang carrot (jika suka-di potong pjg)&lt;br /&gt;Minyak untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;Air&lt;br /&gt;Garam secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara-Caranya:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daging di potong halus dan di rebus untuk melembutkannya. (Tak nak rebus pun x apa tetapi lmbt la masak nnt dan takut daging liat!)&lt;br /&gt;Untuk lebih enak bole peram daging bersama2 dgn lada hitam dan kicap semalaman tp x de masa so teruskn memasak. Hehehe. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali.&lt;br /&gt;Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih yg telah ditumbuk sehingga naik bau.Masukkan halia.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan daging, kicap, lada hitam, oyster sauce dan air.&lt;br /&gt;Biarkan sehingga daging empuk. Kacau selalu dan tambah air jika agak kering.&lt;br /&gt;Setelah agak empuk, masukkan carrot dan cili padi dan akhir skali bawang besar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Masukkan garam tetapi biasanya kicap dah masin...&lt;br /&gt;Letakkan air tepung jagung (tepung jagung + air) utk memekatkan kuah. Lebih kurang 3 ke 4 sudu kecil air jagung. Untuk tidak membazir (sesungguhnya membazir itu perbuatan syaitan) saya telah membuat eksperimen menggoreng nasi lemak tersebut. Hasilnya sungguh lumayan..nasi goreng yang agak berlemak (Awas!!Jangan di makan selalu kerana kandungan lemaknya yg sgt tinggi!Stay healthy - pesanan drpd penaja)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan-bahan utama&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nasi lemak (klu x ada bole masak nasi lemak dulu cara2 nya spt msk nasi biasa tetapi tukarkan air kepada santan, masukkan garam sedikit, dan halia)&lt;br /&gt;Ikan bilis (di goreng terlebih dahulu)&lt;br /&gt;Sayur (ikut suka tapi sy memilih sayur kacang pjg yg di potong halus)&lt;br /&gt;Daging/Ayam/seafood/sosej (sy gemar menggunakan sosej kerana budak2 mmg suka mkn nasi yg ada sosej..eh sejak bila sy ada anak???)&lt;br /&gt;Garam secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;minya untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan-bahan tumis&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cili padi (ikut suka..tp sy suka angka ganjil..org tua2 kata klu ganjil pedas??sy suka letak 13 cili)&lt;br /&gt;1 biji bawang merah besar&lt;br /&gt;2 ulas bawang putih (mesti guna kerana kandungan anti oksida yg tinggi ya!)&lt;br /&gt;sedikit ikan bilis&lt;br /&gt;1cm belacan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara-Caranya:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kisar bahan-bahan tumis atau tumbuk dgn lesung. Continue..masukkan adunan dlm muffin cup 3/4 penuh (sbb nnt dia naik sendiri sbb ada baking powder) klu x guna muffin cup..jgn lupa gris acuan muffin terlebih dahulu dengan butter agar tidak melekat ya! Selepas itu masukkan ke dlm oven dan putarkan (certain org guna tekan2 la..) 20-25 minit masa membakar. Jangan lupa api atas bawah.
